Privacy Policy

The operator of personal data is Individual entrepreneur Aleksandr Yurevich Klochkov (ИП Клочков Александр Юрьевич), INN 401107651745, OGRNIP 326508100545977, address: Mozhaysk, Moscow Region, Russia, e-mail: privacy@coffee-flow.ru (the “Operator”). The Operator processes personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

• Mobile phone number — to sign in to the app and to get in touch about an order.
• Name and e-mail address — optional, for enquiries and for sending receipts.
• Order details: items, amount, cafe, time, status.
• Device location — only while the app is in use and only to show nearby cafes; the coordinates of a cafe-list request reach the server, no movement history is kept.
• Technical data: app and operating system version, a request identifier for support, and a device identifier for push notifications (a Firebase Cloud Messaging token).

The app collects no data for advertising and passes nothing to ad networks.

• Performance of the service agreement (placing and handling a pre-order).
• The user's consent, given when signing in to the app.
• Compliance with the law (accounting, answering requests from state authorities).

Order data is passed to the cafe that accepted the order, to the extent needed to fulfil it (items, time, name, masked phone number). The phone number is passed to the SMS provider to deliver the sign-in code. Order status notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google), which receives the device token and the contents of the notification — order number, status, cafe and time — without the order items or user details. No other third party receives the data, except where the law requires it.

Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS); access is restricted, logged and backed up. Data is kept until the user deletes their account; order records are kept for the periods set by accounting legislation.

A user may change their name and e-mail in the profile at any time, delete the account in the “Profile” section (phone number, name and e-mail are deleted immediately), withdraw consent by writing to privacy@coffee-flow.ru, and obtain information about the processing of their data.

The mobile app uses no cookies. Analytics events about actions in the app are processed in an anonymised form.

The Operator may amend this policy; a new edition is published at https://coffee-flow.ru/privacy and takes effect on the date stated in it. The app notifies users of material changes at sign-in.
