These terms explain what the CoffeeFlow service does, who sells the drinks and food, and what each side is responsible for.

This English version is a translation for convenience. The Russian text is the binding one.

1. Definitions

Service — the CoffeeFlow mobile app and the software around it. Operator — Individual entrepreneur Aleksandr Yurevich Klochkov (ИП Клочков Александр Юрьевич), INN 401107651745, OGRNIP 326508100545977, address: Mozhaysk, Moscow Region, Russia. Cafe — a partner of the Operator that sells drinks and food. User — a person who uses the Service.

2. Subject

The Service lets a User send a cafe a pre-order for drinks and food to be collected in person. The Operator owns an aggregator of information about goods (services) and is not the seller. The retail sale contract is concluded between the User and the Cafe when the order is handed over.

3. Sign-up

To place an order the User signs in with a mobile phone number confirmed by an SMS code. The User undertakes to provide accurate details and not to pass access to third parties.

4. Orders

  • Items, price and waiting time are calculated at the moment of ordering and shown before confirmation. Prices are in roubles and include all taxes.
  • A User may hold up to three active orders at a time.
  • The User may cancel an order until the Cafe has started preparing it. After that, cancellation is by agreement with the Cafe.
  • An order not collected within a reasonable time after it is ready may be marked as unclaimed.
  • The Cafe's details (name, INN, OGRN/OGRNIP, address) are shown on its page in the Service.

5. Liability

The Operator keeps the Service running and passes the order to the Cafe, but is not responsible for the quality of the goods, the time they take to prepare or their conformity with the order: those obligations rest with the Cafe as the seller. Quality complaints are addressed to the Cafe; the Operator assists in settling them through support at support@coffee-flow.ru.

6. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service, its design and trademarks belong to the Operator. The Service may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at https://coffee-flow.ru/privacy.

8. Changes and termination

The Operator may amend these terms by publishing a new edition at https://coffee-flow.ru/terms. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the changes. The User may stop using the Service and delete their account at any time.

9. Governing law

The relations between the parties are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
